Innotion’s YPM20602308M is a 8-watt, 50ohm-matched GaN MCM PA, designed specifically with high efficiency, high gain and wide bandwidth capabilities with frequency from 2GHz to 6GHz. The PA is suppled in a ceramic / metalflange package.
